Buyer is responsible for paying chosen Registrar's annual registration fees in order to maintain registration of domain name.

Trademarks

We have no bad faith intentions to "cyber squat" trademarks or confusingly similar business names even though some of our domain name might unintentionally infringe on a trademark.

We attest that we have not received any Cease and Desist letters regarding any of the domains listed for sale.

However, we do not guarantee that any domain name is free of trademark restrictions.

Consult an attorney for advice if necessary. If we do own a trademark infringing domain name, we reserve the right and may have plans to develop the domain name into a website featuring reviews, spoofs, criticisms, parodies or other content that would be protected from trademark infringement.
